The objective isn’t to pretend to be a teenager. It is to investigate what “young” actually means biologically — system by system — and determine which characteristics can be preserved, improved or potentially restored safely.

03 — THE QUESTION
Can adulthood retain more youth than we currently assume?
Perhaps ageing should not be treated as one irreversible number. Hair ages differently from muscle. Skin differently from cardiovascular fitness. Hormonal systems differently from cognition.
Instead of asking: “How old am I?”
We will ask: “How old is each system — functionally and measurably — and what can actually be changed?”
04 — THE RULE
Evidence > Ego.
NEOTENY is an N=1 experiment, not medical advice and not proof of a treatment. No molecule, hormone, supplement, device or intervention gets to become the answer before the evidence does.
Every meaningful intervention should have a hypothesis.
Every hypothesis should have measurements.
Every result should include failures and risk.
When the evidence contradicts the thesis, the thesis changes.
